“ Food was pretty okay — some of mine was rather cold. The lady at the line did apologize and offer to let me get something different. Felt a bit overpriced for the quality of food (but you get quite a bit for the price in our opinion)! My friend and I enjoyed it nonetheless. Never saw our waitress though. ”

“ This is the best customer service in Baton Rouge! We have been going here since I was a child and we have never had an issue. My grandparents are gone to heaven now and ate here almost everyday and was treated like family. The workers are always so kind and graceful. Even when the old ones leave the new ones are so great! Even the young ones that work here show the best customer service. Whoever hires and trains and runs this place deserves a reward as well as the workers. It is so hard in today’s age to get Graceful service and I can say this is one place that never changes. To all the workers and the managers here, I want to let you all know I appreciate you and keep up the good work. To those reading, if you have it be kind and leave them a tip as they truly deserve it. The food is always great and in my 40 years of living, it’s always been a pleasant experience! “ Omg! This was a field trip for me. I was in town for a few days and had Piccadilly as a definite visit. Haven't been in a Piccadilly in probably 20yrs. Most closed up years ago. I was like a kid in a candy shop. It did not disappoint. The menu hasn't changed at all. They had all my old favorites. This may not be a Michelin 5 Star restaurant, but it's great comfort food. I'd love to have 1 near me again. ”
